CHAPTER FIFTY-SEVEN – Gstaad is a village in the German-speaking section of the Canton of Bern in southwestern Switzerland. Situated in the Berner Oberland, Gstaad is home to one of the largest ski areas in the Alps (220 km (137 mi) of slopes) and is a popular destination amongst the high society and the international jet set.
CHAPTER SIXTY-TWO – Ibiza is an island in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of the city of Valencia, in eastern Spain famous for the association with nightlife and the electronic music that originated on the island. Ibiza is well known for its summer club scene, which attracts very large numbers of tourists.
